3 Step Interview Process
We provide a 3 Step Interview Process to ensure that we find the best fit for our clients. Our process begins with an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person or virtual meeting to review qualifications and scenario based questions. Finally, a background and reference check is conducted to ensure that the candidate meets our standards.

Accushield Verified
Once a professional is matched with a facility we will provide completed documents in a portfolio. This portfolio includes a resume, references, registration information, Vulnerable Sector Check, up to date BLS and TB test completion. We partner with Accushield who verifies all documents so you can be sure that all of your documents will be up-to-date and ready to go.
