We provide a 3 Step Interview Process to ensure that we find the best fit for our clients. Our process begins with an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person or virtual meeting to review qualifications and scenario based questions. Finally, a background and reference check is conducted to ensure that the candidate meets our standards.

Completed Documents
Once a professional is matched with a facility we will provide completed documents in a portfolio. This portfolio includes a resume, references, registration information, up to date BLS and TB test completion. With our completed documents, you can be sure that all of your documents will be up-to-date and ready to go.
